Site Tear Down
We start by coming in and tearing down the old pump house and any trash around the site. Then we bring in a mobile pump trailer to pump water to the neighborhood while we replace pipes and other parts. Minimal site downtime is the goal.
Refurbish and replace
This is where the majority of our work is done. We will repair anything needed, but prefer to completely replace all pumps, valves, fittings, pipes, and electricity. Whatever scenario is best to get the most efficiency out of your site. We pressure wash and re-paint the ground storage tank to make it look new, or we can replace if needed.
Pump House Tie-In
This is where our custom pump houses come into play. We replace the ran down storage/pump sheds with a sea container that fit’s your site’s needs. The pumps pull from the ground storage tank and have the ability to inject chlorine into the feed line then pump out to the neighborhood.
Our electricians and plumbers tie the sea container and perform maintenance when needed.
Dirt Work and Landscaping
We make sure the site is presentation-ready. Some of the features of this include leveling and excavating dirt then pouring concrete pads. After the site is operational again, we bring in grass seed and lay white rock for a clean appearance. We will even install a fence around the site if needed.
